This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") governs the rights and obligations of GoodWoodMood ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") in relation to the purchase of products through

This Distance Sales Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into between GoodWoodMood ('Seller') and the customer placing an order through goodwoodmood.com ('Buyer').

2. Products
All products are handcrafted and manufactured to order. Product images are illustrative. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour and knots are characteristics of solid wood and are not defects.
3. Orders
Orders become binding once accepted by the Seller. Production begins after payment and, where applicable, confirmation of measurements and specifications.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown on the website. Shipping, taxes and duties are handled as stated at checkout.
5. Production
All products are handcrafted and made to order.

The above production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, customization requirements, or force majeure. Production begins only after payment has been received and, where applicable, all measurements and specifications have been confirmed.
6. RETURN & REFUND
IMPORTANT: Every GoodWoodMood product is custom-made and manufactured exclusively to the Buyer's specifications. Because the products are personalized and cannot be resold, once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage. The Buyer confirms that all dimensions and customization details have been reviewed before ordering.
7. Shipping
Risk transfers according to the applicable shipping terms. The Buyer must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours with photographs.
8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Fees
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, storage charges and any other destination-country fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer unless expressly stated otherwise. Refusal to pay customs charges or refusal of delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancellation, refund or chargeback. If a shipment is returned because customs charges are unpaid or customs clearance is not completed, the Buyer remains responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping costs and all related expenses.
9. Measurements
The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted dimensions and specifications.
10. Installation
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the installation location is suitable and complies with local regulations.
11. Warranty
The Seller warrants products against manufacturing defects under the published warranty policy. Natural movement of solid wood is not a defect.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order except where prohibited by law.
13. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Buyer's jurisdiction shall remain unaffected where required.
16. Final Provisions
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
